A man and woman were injured in a stabbing in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood early this morning, police said. The stabbing was reported shortly before 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of Larkin and Olive streets. Police said the victims, a 25 year old man and 21-year-old woman, had gotten into an altercation with two women and a teenage boy. Police spokesman Officer Albie Esparza said he did not know what the confrontation was about. During the quarrel, both victims were stabbed in the back. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening, Esparza said. The three suspects fled after the stabbing and remained at large this morning. Police have not yet released a description of the trio.
