Police in Fairfield are asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted parolee who is considered armed and dangerous.Joseph Allen Stanley, 29, of Fairfield, is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for parole violations, Fairfield police said.He is a white man about 5 feet 5 inches tall and 170 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Stanley wears his hair shaved on the sides with a long ponytail. He has numerous tattoos, police said, including on the side of his neck.Police said Stanley is known to frequent Fairfield and Suisun City.
