A man who was stabbed to death at a Concord shopping center on Sunday afternoon has been identified as 20-year-old Richard Gilliam, a Contra Costa County deputy coroner said today.Concord police responded to reports of a stabbing in the parking lot of a shopping center at 5450 Ygnacio Valley Road at about 4:20 p.m.When officers arrived, they found Gilliam, a Concord resident, in the parking lot with at least one stab wound, police said.He was taken to a hospital where he died.The suspect remained at the shopping center and witnesses identified him as the person who had stabbed the victim.He has been arrested, but police were not releasing his name this morning.Anyone with information the case is asked to call Detective Tom Parodi at (925) 603-5867.
