Sandusky Police Officer Andrew Dunn died after a shootout with Kevin Randleman. Detectives report that Randleman was riding a bicycle about 3 a.m. and Officer Dunn had tried to stop Randleman to talk to him. The shooting was recorded on the police car dash camera and a nearby building surveillance camera. Randleman was captured nearby.
