Vallejo police are asking the public’s help in locating a high-risk convicted sex offender wanted on a felony arrest warrant for violating his registration requirements. Kevin Henderson, 41, is believed to be in Vallejo, Napa or Sacramento, Cpl. John Garcia said. He was convicted in 1990 of rape by force and robbery of a Napa school teacher and was sentenced to 22 years in prison, Garcia said. Henderson also was convicted on Jan. 23, 2008 of annoying a child in Napa County, Garcia said. Henderson is 6 feet 4 inches, weighs 210 pounds and has hazel eyes and brown hair, police said. Henderson’s vehicle is a white, 4-door 1994 Infinity with the California license plate No. 6GLN391, police said.
