* Arturo De La Cruz Wanted by San Jose Police For Alleged Sexual Assault Committed While a Chiropractor

The San Jose Police Department is currently seeking Arturo De La Cruz on a warrant charging him with sexual assault. Detectives report that De La Cruz was a local chiropractor with offices in San Jose. He allegedly sexually assaulted female patients while being treated by him in his office. On February 10th 1994 De La Cruz was arrested and booked into the county jail on $200,00 bail. He was released on bail and later failed to appear in court. He was last known to be living on Hickerson Drive in San Jose. We believe he has fled to Mexico and opened another chiropractor office.
