* Juan Gutierrez Lopez Alias Cesar Murillo-Guizar Arrested by Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Deputies for Allegedly Molesting Two Children

Juan Gutierrez Lopez is in custody on suspicion of molesting his children, Stanislaus County Sheriff’s detectives said. Detectives were called to Bret Harte Elementary School in Modesto after a student reported being molested by her father. Detectives interviewed the children and determined there where two victims. Detectives spoke to their father, Juan Gutierrez Lopez and  then arrested him and booked him into the Stanislaus County Jail. Deputies report they found out that Lopez had been living with his family using the alias of Cesar Murillo-Guizar for five years and had a felony  warrant  for his arrest since  2003 out of  Santa Clara County.  Deputies report that Lopez had fled to Mexico, obtained a fake ID and  then returned to Modesto in 2006 to live with his family. Lopez is being charged with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14, oral copulation with a victim under 14, and the warrant from Santa Clara County.
