Oakland police have identified the two victims who were fatally shot during two of three shootings that also left one man hospitalized in Oakland Tuesday, a police spokeswoman said.At about 4 p.m., officers responded to a shooting at 353 Darien Avenue where they found Phillip Levi, 22, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Oakland police spokeswoman Holly Joshi said today.
Levi was transported to Highland Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.At approximately 7:30 p.m., a shooting was reported in front of 1636 94th Avenue.Responding officers found 56-year-old Stanley McGraw suffering from multiple gunshot wounds outside of his home, Joshi said.
McGraw was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.A third shooting was reported at about 4 p.m. in the 8400 block of Dowling Street. Police said the wounded man found at the scene was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.Police said that the three shootings are believed to be unrelated.No arrests have been made and no suspect information was immediately available.
