Now I have seen everything!! Criminals REALLY are stupid! Now, watch this MF try to sue the department for leaving the window down, which I am sure it will be said, apparently lead to this idiots demented, asinine thought to jump head first out of a moving vehicle, ON THE HIGHWAY, causing his inevitable injuries. WTF…REALLY??
