A 19-year-old Santa Rosa woman was sexually assaulted in her home Tuesday by a masked man who surprised her at the door and forced her inside, police said.The assault occurred in the 300 block of Stony Point Road at about 1 p.m., and police are still searching for the suspect.
The suspect, whose approximate age was not known, is described about 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a medium athletic build. At the time of the attack, he was wearing a black ski mask, black long-sleeved shirt, black gloves, black jeans and black shoes.Witnesses or those with information about the assault are asked to contact the Santa Rosa Police Department’s domestic violence and sexual assault unit at (707) 543-3595.
