ON FEBRUARY 12 AT 7:30PM, ELIJAH RIVAS WAS ABDUCTED BY HIS BIOLOGICAL FATHER, EDGAR RAMOS, FROM RIVERDALE, IN FRESNO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
ELIJAH RIVAS IS A 10-MONTH-OLD HISPANIC MALE, 20 INCHES, 15 POUNDS, WITH BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES. HE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A BLACK SWEAT SUIT.
SUSPECT IS EDGAR RAMOS, 19-YEARS-OLD HISPANIC MALE, 5-FEET, 7-INCHES TALL, 150 POUNDS, WITH BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES. HE HAS A MUSTACHE AND GOATEE.
THE SUSPECT VEHICLE INVOLVED IN THIS CASE HAS ALREADY BEEN RECOVERED. THERE IS NO CLOTHING DESCRIPTION FOR EDGAR RAMOS. IF SEEN, PLEASE CONTACT DETECTIVE MONTEIL AT THE FRESNO COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT AT (559) 488-3111.
