* Brian Mathew Hays Found Murdered on Aborn Road in San Jose

On 01/28/2011, at approximately 12:29 P.M., San Jose Police officers responded to the 2700 block of Aborn Road on a report of a person down. Upon their arrival, they located the victim in the parking lot. The victim was bleeding from the face. An ambulance responded to the scene and transported the victim to Regional Medical Center.
On 02/06/2011, at approximately 12:30 A.M., the victim died as a result of the injuries sustained on 01/28/2011. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the death a homicide.

Brian was a good person… I lived next door to him for 20+ years & saw him through some good & bad years. Brian grew up ROUGH, but had a heart of GOLD. I had not seen him in 7 years until this past December & his life had taken a change when he got released from prison. The person who did this will face their maker & have to live their life of guilt. Rest In Paradise B… My family & I loved you VERY much & you will be missed.
