* ID Needed on Suspects Wanted Thefts at Costco in San Jose on Almaden Expressway

UPDATE this women has been ID and is currently going through court system with the rest of her theft ring. Thanks to an officer working that area and working the case.

Theft at Costco in San Jose at 5301 Almaden exp.. The females in these photos have gone into Costco several times to allegedly steal items. They take the items out of the packages such as Nintendo WII consoles and then conceal them in a purse. Security has viewed this on different occasions on their security cameras. On 1-13-2011 security was conducting an investigation on this suspect, when she was observed selecting items and concealing them in a purse. The security followed the suspect, (in the photo pushing the shopping cart). Once outside they attempted to arrest the suspect when confused citizens came to her aid because she was yelling. Security followed her into the parking lot where she was picked up by a four door white Saturn driven by the second suspect who is described as a heavy female which they recognized from prior thefts on security camera. The main suspect in this case should be recognized by the large mark on the left side of her face which appeared to be a red birthmark.

Today, they have been caught. The one with the red birthmark, or the one shown in the picture above with the Sharks sweatshirt, was giving a confession to an officer. She was the driver, I thought I heard. There were around 5 police cars, and on the hood of one of them was a Wii console that was unboxed with the packaging next to it. There were two or three other people that were also arrested, all men.

Jeron Your 1/2 right this lady has been causght she was ID by an officer working that area along with her daughter and four others. It was a whole theft ring.They are all in jail or going through court process now. These arrest were made a couple weeks ago. The ones you saw today were a different theft ring that came down from Gilroy. Sorry I did not update this post with the capture. That Costco gets hit all the time. I know this to be true because I was one of those Police cars.
