On Saturday, January 15th, 2011, at approximately 9:19 p.m., a homicide/suicide occurred in the 1300 block of El Paseo de Saratoga in San Jose. The victim was inside the Red Robin restaurant, located in the El Paseo de Saratoga Shopping Center.The suspect was also inside the restaurant and the two had a conversation.
It is believed that during the course of the conversation, the suspect accused the victim ofbeing responsible for the murder of Jeanine Harms (a homicide case in the city of Los Gatos in 2001). The suspect left the restaurant and returned sometime later. When the suspect returned the victim left the restaurant.
The victim went to the Peet’s Coffee Shop located in the same shopping center. The suspect followed the victim into the coffee shop and the two had a conversation there. The suspect then shot and killed the victim. The suspect left the coffee shop and walked into the parking lot.
As San Jose Police officers arrived on scene, they heard a sound they believed to be a gunshot. The officers located the suspect in the parking lot, deceased from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.Officers then located the victim inside the Peet’s Coffee Shop. The investigation has revealed that the suspect was Jeanine Harm’s brother.

I just got off the phone with my mother in Cupertino. My God and absolute shock, guilt, hurt! what there is know way the young pier i grew up calling Mo. ihad a thing with my r’s we were in Indian guides , kindergarten all through High school, Monta Vista! I know now what he allegedly did but what we all learned in this fine nation is a right to a fair trial. May God bless hi mother and little Monique. I know what did happen will certainly surface as these matters always have, and always will. may God bless everyone.
