* San Jose Need to Identify Man Allegedly Exposing Himself

The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this sketch. According to Detective Tina Latendresse, on December 18th, 2010 at about 9:30 pm, the victim was shopping at DD’s discount store located on Southwest Expressway. She left the store and was walking to her vehicle in the parking lot when she heard the suspect pull up behind her in his vehicle. The victim described the vehicle as a silver colored Toyota extended cab pick-up truck with a possible plate of 6P28880 or 6T28880 or 62T8880. The suspect began to talk to the victim so she turned around and saw him exposing himself. She then yelled at him and he drove away. The suspect was wearing a dark brown leather belt, light colored checked button-up shirt and a tan or brown cloth jacket. The license plates have been checked and registered owner’s identified.
