The Manassas, Virginia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this surveillance video. Authorities report that on December 28, 2010, this suspect allegedly robbed the Super Market on Liberia Avenue. Suspect used a large pole to assault the owner Jugal Uppal before taking money.
