* Vladimr Noriega Wanted Burlingame Police for Alleged Murder

The Burlingame Police Department is currently seeking Vladimr Graham Noriega on a warrant charging him with Attempted Murder. Inspector Kevin Kashiwahara reports that on July 7th, 2010, Noriega was named as a alleged suspect in a stabbing that occurred at the Caribbean Gardens Bar. It is believed that Noriega may visit or stay with friends or relatives at an apartment in the 100 block of Euclid Avenue or on Estabrook Street in San Leandro, and may be driving a Gold or Champange colored 4 door Mercedes, with a license plate of #6JNP734. Heis known to frequent Latin bars or clubs and was possibly at Luka’s Bar in Oakland. Noriega is to be considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
