ALL SUSPECTS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED
On Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at approximately 11:04 PM, San Jose Police officers responded to the 500 block of Locust Street, a residential area, on a reported in-progress home invasion robbery. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) had received a 9-1-1 cellular phone call regarding the incident, where the line was open and the dispatcher could hear what appeared to be a robbery. The 9-1-1 call was transfered to the San Jose Police Department’s 9-1-1 center, at which time SJPD officers were dispatched. Officers arrived at 11:08 PM. At 11:15 PM, officers reported the suspects were armed with a firearm and at least one shot had been fired during the robbery, injuring one of the residents. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was admitted for non-life-threatening injuries. Officers working an anti-DUI saturation detail located two possible suspects fleeing on foot from the area of the victim’s house. One of the suspects discarded a handgun and both were taken into custody. Officers assigned to a two-person unit observed a male walking in the middle of the street on W. Reed Street near Almaden Avenue, away from the scene of the robbery, matching the physical and clothing description of the suspects. The officers got out of their vehicle to contact the subject and he failed to comply with their directions. The suspect turned and ran to a 1991 Acura Legend 4-door sedan, where a female was waiting in the driver’s seat. The suspect jumped into the vehicle and the female started to drive away and steered towards one of the officers. The officer discharged his firearm. The officer’s knee was injured as the vehicle drove toward him. The vehicle fled south on S. First Street. The officer was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for a knee injury. Moments later, the SJPD received a report of a suspicious male hiding behind a car in the 800 block of State Street. Witnesses directed officers to the suspicious male, who by then had gotten into a gold GMC Yukon SUV that had arrived to pick him up. Officers determined the subject was the same person who had fled from W. Reed Street and took him into custody, along with the driver of the car. Officers also determined the suspect had sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot to the leg.

Wow Zebry I was there and I guarantee your version is not correct. Probably not your fault since you were probably not there and your going by what you were told.
