* San Jose Police need help locating possible Victim and Suspect from Assault on S. First & Devine streets

On 10/30/10, approximately 2:00 a.m., the victims observed an unknown male adult beating and dragging a female adult on South First and Devine streets. The victims attempted to intervene and assist the woman, at which time the suspect turned and assaulted both victims. Both victims sustained serious facial lacerations and head trauma and were knocked unconscious for approximately 15 minutes as a result of the assault. A passerby found both victims unconscious and notified the San Jose police; the suspect and woman were gone when the passerby came upon the scene. Both victims were taken to a local hospital, where they were admitted for their injuries. The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male suspect and female adult. Victim / Suspects:
Mid-20’s (Female), described as Asian American or Caucasian and Hispanic, medium height and build, wearing a dark suit and skirt or dark dress, and hair above the shoulders.

Mid-20’s (Male); described as Caucasian; approximately 6’2″; lean build; with short, dark hair; clean shaven; wearing a maroon shirt and dark slacks
