* Santa Cruz police release sketch of a man who attempted to sexually assault a teenager in Ocean View Park

Police in Santa Cruz released a sketch of a man who attempted to sexually assault a teenager in a park on Saturday morning.The incident occurred in Ocean View Park, where a 15-year-old Santa Cruz girl reported being approached by an unknown man who attempted to assault her at around 6:40 a.m., according to the Santa Cruz Police Department.The attacker was described as a white man between 27 and 33 years old with facial hair, sunken cheeks and dark circles under his eyes. He was around 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighed around 150 pounds. The suspect was wearing a dark jacket and dark baseball hat and was seen leaving the park on a teal-green cruiser bicycle.Police have posted fliers with a sketch of the suspect in neighborhoods around the park.
