The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects in this photo. According to detectives, on October 29th 2010, at about 1:50 a.m., the victim (pictured on the right, wearing a white tee shirt) was talking on his cellular phone when the two suspects (pictured on the left and center) approached him. The victim and suspects spoke briefly around 1:50 a.m. At 2:02 a.m., the San Jose Police Department’s 9-1-1 Center received a call of a person down at the parking lot of Mi Pueblo Market, located at the corner of S. 6th and E. Julian streets. Officers arrived and found the victim unconscious, only several yards from where he had spoken with the suspects.  The victim’s cellular phone and wallet were missing. The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he remains with life-threatening injuries. The assault occurred out of camera view, and the San Jose police is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
