* San Francisco’s Bayview District shooting on Kirkwood Avenue 21 year old man killed

A 21-year-old man was shot and killed in San Francisco’s Bayview District tonight, a police spokesman said.The man, whose identity has not been released, was killed at about 8:40 p.m. in the 700 block of Kirkwood Avenue, Officer Albie Esparza said. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The shooting happened outside, but police had few additional details about the case, Esparza said. He said a suspect description was not available, and it’s unclear how the shooting unfolded or what the motive might have been.Additional information was not expected to be available tonight.
