California Highway Patrol officers arrested a Santa Rosa woman Wednesday who is suspected of driving under the influence, striking another vehicle with her car, and fleeing the crash.Officers responded to the hit-and-run at 4:25 p.m. along Santa Rosa Avenue, where a witness told officers that the driver of red Pontiac Grand Am rammed a 2007 Honda Accord and then left, according to the CHP.The suspect, 30-year-old Michelle Marie Sullivan, was located at a nearby mobile home park based on information provided by the witness.Officers determined that Sullivan, who allegedly appeared intoxicated, was four times over the legal limit of 0.08 percent blood alcohol content. Sullivan was subsequently arrested and determined to be on probation for a 2009 DUI conviction and had been driving on a suspended license, according to the CHP.Sullivan was booked into Sonoma County jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, violation of probation, driving while suspended for DUI, hit-and-run, and not having insurance, the CHP said.
