* Gilroy Police Need to Identify Suspect Allegedly Breaking into Marx Towing

All persons depicted are presumed to be innocent unless proven to be guilty in a court of law.

The Gilroy Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in this surveillance photo. Detective Martin Beltran reports that on October 7th, 2010, at about 3:34 in the morning, this suspect allegedly smashed the front glass door of Marx Towing. Once inside, the suspect stole property. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male about 30 to 35 years old,  between 5′-6′ to 5′-9″, 220 lbs to 260 lbs.
