* John Bruce Lynch a Milpitas resident, arrested for alleged San Jose Bank Of America robbery on N. First Street

On 10/19/10, 12:13 p.m., Lynch entered the Bank of America in the 2600 block of N. First Street in San Jose and robbed the establishment by presenting a demand note to the teller.  Lynch fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and was arrested a few hours later in a gambling casino, in the city of San Pablo, with the assistance of the San Pablo and Kensington police departments, after robbery investigators learned of his whereabouts.

Lynch was arrested without incident and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on robbery and state parole violation charges.
