UPDATE-ARRESTED-On October 12th 2010, the San Jose Police Department’s Child Exploitation Detail / ICAC Task Force arrested John Moore at a residence in a Seattle WA suburb.
On May 11, 2010, the San Jose Police Department’s Child Exploitation / Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Detectives served a search warrant at the 2700 Block of Kesey Lane in San Jose. Detectives learned the suspect, John Zeno Moore, utilized hidden cameras in his home bathroom to covertly videotape women and children who rented rooms from him. Several servers and computers were located inside the residence. Upon reviewing images and videos on one of the aforementioned computers, investigators discovered Moore had videotaped himself molesting a toddler. Several other juvenile victims were identified as a result of this investigation. Investigators believe, due to the circumstances of this case and the fact that Moore was secretly videotaping his victims, that there may be more unidentified victims. Persons with information are encouraged to contact the San Jose Police Department.Moore knows he is wanted and is evading law enforcement. Moore’s whereabouts are unknown; however, he has connections throughout the East Bay, San Jose, Modesto, Bakersfield and Placerville.
