Santa Clara County District Attorney Dolores Carr cleared a San Jose police officer of any alleged crimes, who was secretly recorded on a cell phone camera as he detained a juvenile during an alleged sex crime investigation. The recording was released to the public causing controversy amid allegations of officer misconduct. It is unknown at this point if the person making the recording will be prosecuted.
