* Milpitas Police Need to Identify Suspects That Allegedly Assaulted and Robbed Man at McDonalds at Great Mall of the Bay Area

The Milpitas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects in these photos. According to Detective Max Nobida, on September 22nd 2010,  at about 6:30 PM, these suspects approached the Victim in the restroom of the McDonald’s Restaurant at the Chevron Gas Station at the Great Mall of the Bay Area. While one suspect stood behind the Victim, the other Suspect asked the Victim if he had a dollar. When the Victim told him no, he was allegedly assaulted and knocked unconscious and his wallet was taken.
