* Caught on Tape-Drunk Driver Tries to Shoot Hamilton, Montana Police Officer-Watch Here

On January 2ND, 2010, Hamilton Police Officer Ross Jessop stop Raymond Davis for suspicion of driving under the Influence of Alcohol. As Officer Jessop was interviewing Davis, Davis pulled a gun and shot at Officer Davis. Davis then tried fleeing the scene as Officer Jessop returned fire. Davis was shot and killed, causing him to collide with a pole.
