* Manuel Jesus Orbegoza arrested in Concord in connection to vehicle break-in on Victory Lane

Police arrested four people for burglary following a vehicle break-in in Concord Monday night, a police spokesman said today.Officers responded to a report of someone breaking into a car on the 1100 block of Victory Lane just after 10 p.m., Cpl. James Carroll said.The suspects, one adult and three juveniles, reportedly broke a window and entered the vehicle. The suspects then opened the hood of the car before walking off into a nearby park, Carroll said.Police caught up with the suspects at the park and arrested all four on suspicion of burglary, Carroll said.The adult suspect was identified as Manuel Jesus Orbegoza, 20, who police discovered was in possession of marijuana, Carroll said.Police did not report any items missing from the vehicle.
