Six people were injured, two seriously, in a head-on crash in Vallejo on Tuesday night, police said.A 2008 Nissan traveling north on Fifth Street was seen weaving at about 8 p.m. before it struck a 2006 Ford Mustang head-on, Lt. Abel Tenorio said.The Nissan was driving on the wrong side of the street, and the driver of the Mustang tried to avoid it by pulling to the far right side of the roadway but was hit anyway, Tenorio said. After the crash, four people were taken to hospitals by ambulance and two others, who suffered serious injuries, were flown to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, Tenorio said.The driver of the Nissan, 19-year-old Rhonette Peevey, of Vallejo, is suspected of driving under the influence, Tenorio said.
