A 21-year-old Antioch man was arrested Monday in connection with a series of auto thefts and a break-in at a storage facility, Antioch police said today.On Monday, police were investigating a burglary at a storage facility on Railroad Avenue in Antioch. Surveillance footage from the facility showed that the people responsible for the break-in were driving a stolen pickup truck, police said.Investigators determined that one of the people believed to have been involved in the burglary was Robert Kelly, who lives in the 2700 block of Del Oro Circle.When officers went to Kelly’s address, they found the stolen pickup truck parked in the driveway, police said. When they contacted Kelly, they allegedly found him in possession of methamphetamine. He was also wanted on seven separate warrants for stolen vehicles, police said.Officers searched Kelly’s property and allegedly found several items that had been stolen from the storage unit along with two stolen motorcycles.Kelly was arrested and booked into county jail.
