The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Jesus Hector Peña on a warrant charging him with Parole Violation. Agents report that Peña was released on parole after being convicted of sex offenses against children. He allegedly absconded parole supervision in 2004 and is still considered a Parolee-at-Large. Peña’s real name is Gerardo Mendoza Gonzalez and he has a criminal history also involving auto theft and he is considered a sex offender. Peña may be using another alias.
