* 25 People Gunned Down Within 3 Hours in Juarez, Mexico

25 people have been murdered within a 3 hour period in the bloodiest day for Juarez, Mexico. No one in the city feels safe and 74,000 jobs have been lost because businesses have closed or fled the city. 28,000 people have been killed since the drug war began 4 years ago.
