* UPDATE-Albert Marcotte Found after leaving the Discovery Bay Country Club in Contra Costa County


The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an 84-year-old man who left his residence on Saturday afternoon and did not come back. He is believed to suffer from Alzheimer’s disease and high blood pressure, authorities said. Diablo resident Albert Marcotte was last seen at 1:30 p.m. Saturday leaving his home in the 1800 block of Clubhouse Road, which is in the Discovery Bay Country Club in the southwestern region of the county. Marcotte was driving a white 2001 Infinity QX sports utility vehicle with California license plates reading 4MVP860, deputies said. He is described as six feet tall and 215 pounds with gray hair and
was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, blue and white striped shirt, tan shorts and brown loafers, police said. The sheriff’s office was unable to locate Marcotte after searching the area and neighboring communities, and area law enforcement agencies have
been notified, police said.
