Two Oakland men were arrested after a police chase Thursday on suspicion of committing several residential burglaries in San Ramon, San Ramon police said today. At 10:37 a.m., San Ramon police officers spotted a vehicle believed to be associated with the burglaries. The officers tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver fled.
