Fairfield police are looking for other victims of a scheme to defraud businesses and elderly residents in Solano County. Jeffrey Conner, a crime prevention specialist, said police arrested the suspect, Maria Martinez-Florez, three or four months ago and that Martinez-Florez has taken $100,000 from known victims since 1980.   Martinez-Florez told the victims she had a money-making investment through a false corporation, Conner said. One of the schemes involved a proposed amusement park that was to be built in Solano County, Conner said.
