* Cop Killer Terrell Muhammad Released on Only $5,000 Bail by Boston Judge

Convicted Cop Killer Terrell Muhammad  was released on only $5,000 bail after ramming two police cars during a chase. Muhammad was released from prison after serving 15 years of a 30 year sentence after being convicted of two murders including the murder of police officer Thomas Rose, Sr. in 1993.  Today he was arrested and convicted of stealing a large screen TV and parole violation. The judge sentenced him to 3 years but then suspended the sentence. A few hours later he rammed two police cars during a pursuit when he fled a traffic stop.  He was booked into jail and then Kent County Superior Court Judge Edward J. Clifton set bail at $5,000.

  • Oh i get it, you guys want judges to be predjudice and judge him on the new case based on the old ones…. i get it!

  • IF the public only knew. This crap goes on in the courts of America all the time. The only way to stop it is by holding judges accountable. They are usually appointed to life long positions and do whatever they feel like doing. They all have one thing in common…they are lawyers.
