* San Jose Police Need to Identify Alleged Robbers at Safeway Store on Berryessa Road

The San Jose Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help in identifying the suspect in this photograph. Detective Jason Tanner reports that on July 25th 2010 at about 3:30 AM, a security officer was working at the Safeway Grocery Store on Berryessa Road in north San Jose when he was confronted by the suspect just outside the store. The suspect then allegedly pointed a pistol at the security officer, forced him to the ground and made him hand over his wallet. The second suspect then came out from the store with two cases of beer and they both fled together on foot towards Berryessa Road. The first suspect was described as an Asian or White male adult, in his 20s, about 5 foot 7 inches tall, medium build, black short curly hair, dark color eyes and a light complexion with facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a red bandanna covering the lower portion of his face.
