* Phillip Dominguez and Racquel Martinez arrested in connection to San Jose child kidnapping and sexual assault

On June 15, 2010, the San Jose Police Department responded to the 600 block of Balfour Drive on a reported child kidnapping and sexual assault. Police arrived and discovered the suspect had forcibly taken the victim, a 5-year-old girl, from the front lawn area of her residence while playing. The suspect then took the victim to his nearby residence, where he sexually assaulted her. The suspect later released the victim.
Police immediately initiated a detailed criminal investigation and identified Phillip Michael Dominguez as the suspect. Dominguez fled the scene prior to police arrival and a warrant was issued for his arrest. Police learned of Dominguez’ whereabouts through follow-up investigation and arrested him the following morning.
Dominguez’ girlfriend, Racquel Martinez, was also arrested for aiding and abetting in this crime.
Both Dominguez and Martinez were booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

iam so sadden that after a year that this has happen. that a woman wasnt convicted of this crime. that this posting would still be present in this website. She paid her debt to the society and and she was only at the wrong place at the wrong time. She is a strong individual who has made mistakes and I would like for everyone to know that she is innocent and for this posting to be deleted… thank you
