Two men were arrested Saturday night after a witness to a domestic dispute outside a home in Oakland broke into the home and pointed a gun at the man involved in the domestic dispute, police said.At about 9:05 p.m., police responded to a home in the 3500 block of Quigley Street.The incident began with a man allegedly battering a woman outside the home during a domestic dispute, according to police.Both the man and woman went into the home, and shortly afterward the witness to the dispute broke into the home, police said.The witness pointed a gun at the man, apparently to berate him for striking the woman. A fight over the gun ensued, with the man involved in the domestic dispute eventually getting control of the weapon, according to police.Police were called to the scene and arrested both men.The witness to the dispute was arrested on suspicion of burglary and brandishing a weapon, while the other man was arrested for domestic battery, police said.
