Petaluma police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a 19-year-old woman while she was walking her dog Sunday night, according to police. The woman was walking near the water tower at Oak Hill Park at about 6:40 p.m. when she felt she was being followed and turned around, police said. The woman discovered a man was right behind her exposing and handling himself, police said. The man grabbed the victim’s breast when she turned around. The woman ran home and called police, but officers who searched the area with a K9 unit were not able to find or identify the suspect. He was described as a Hispanic man in his 30s wearing a white zip-up long-sleeved shirt or sweater and athletic pants.
