A Pleasanton check-cashing business was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon, police said. Officers responded to a report of a robbery at Check N Go in the 2700 block of Hopyard Road at about 3:45 p.m.An employee told police that a man had entered the business with a handgun. He took an undisclosed amount of cash then fled on a chrome-colored bicycle.Police searched the area with K-9 units but did not find the robber.He is described as Hispanic with a thin build, between 20 and 25 years old, and 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall. He was wearing a tan baseball cap, a green shirt, tan cargo shorts and green shoes.
