San Jose: The San Jose Police Departments Child Exploitation Detail / Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted an indecent exposure investigation involving an unknown adult male exposing his genitals to females in the Edenvale and Sylvandale neighborhoods of San Jose. In most incidents, the suspect parked his vehicle and exposed himself to juvenile females. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of San Jose resident, Fidel Duran Morales.
The San Jose Police Department is asking any victims or others with information to call Detective Russ Chubon with the San Jose Police Department Child Exploitation Detail at (408) 277-4102.
