A 20-year-old Salinas woman has been arrested and her juvenile accomplice identified after the pair allegedly burglarized three homes in a neighborhood in northern Monterey County, according to the sheriff’s office. Patricia Camacho was arrested for burglary Thursday, but a 17-year-old girl who allegedly helped her remains at large, according to the sheriff’s office. On Thursday, Camacho and her accomplice canvassed a neighborhood before entering and burglarizing three homes, the sheriff’s office said. Deputies believe they might have entered through windows that were left unlocked. Deputies said the pair stole purses and electronics such as cameras and video games. Several witnesses provided information that led to
the suspects’ identity. Camacho was later found in possession of some of the stolen property and arrested, the sheriff’s office said. Deputies are still trying to locate her accomplice.
