San Mateo police are seeking a man who allegedly tried to grab a toddler from his grandmother inside a market in the city Thursday afternoon.The incident occurred at about 2:45 p.m. inside the M&H Market, located at 159 N. Kingston St., according to police.The 53-year-old victim was walking with her 15-month-old grandson inside the store when the suspect approached and allegedly said sexually inappropriate comments, police said.The victim picked up her grandson and began walking away, but the suspect grabbed the arm of the toddler and appeared to attempt to pull him away, according to police.The victim yelled for help while the suspect yelled back daring her to call police before he left the store, got on a bicycle and rode away, police said. He was last seen near Bayshore Boulevard and Monte Diablo Avenue, close to the pedestrian overpass to U.S. Highway 101.Witnesses said the suspect may have been intoxicated or emotionally or mentally challenged, police said.The suspect is described as a Hispanic Spanish-speaking man who is about 25 years old with clean-cut hair. He is about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 160 pounds and rode a green women’s bicycle with very high handlebars, according to police.Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Police Department’s
