Two people were killed and four were injured in a shooting in West Oakland early this morning, according to police.The shooting occurred at about 2:45 a.m. in the 3400 block of Chestnut Street, Oakland police said.
Responding officers officers found two victims dead at the scene. Another victim was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital, according to police. Three more shooting victims later showed up at local hospitals, and police determined they had been involved in the incident at Chestnut Street. No arrests had been made as of 4 a.m. today.
