Hayward police are investigating a fatal shooting in the city tonight, a police lieutenant said.The shooting was reported at about 6:45 p.m. near the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Industrial Parkway, Lt. Chris Orrey said.Police were not immediately releasing additional details.
