* Ricky Osborn and Guy Lee Wilber Arrested in Bradley Monterey After Argument Turns Violent

Two brothers were arrested in Bradley in unincorporated Monterey County on Saturday evening after a verbal argument turned violent, according to the sheriff’s office. Ricky Osborn, 55, and Guy Lee Wilber, 50, were arrested at about 6:40 p.m. at their home at 65884 Dixie St. During an argument, Osborn began punching and kicking his brother. Wilber fell to the ground, and Osborn began hitting him with a cowbell. Family members restrained Osborn, and Wilber went inside and retrieved a rifle. He fired several rounds at Osborn. When sheriff’s deputies arrived, Wilber went in the house and threatened to kill himself. Deputies were able to talk him into surrendering without incident. He had a 2-inch welt on his cheek, cuts on his arm, bruised ribs, bruising on the back of his head, and a dislocated and bleeding nose. Several firearms were located and seized in the home.
