Two accessories to a Roseland stabbing murder have been arrested, Santa Rosa police said Rinyana Suvanaseng, 26, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on Match Point Avenue and Miles Joseph Miller, 21, of Santa Rosa, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. in the Hidden Valley neighborhood. Police previously arrested Santa Rosa residents Cesar Chavez, 21, and Edward Scuitto, 24, for the murder of Bounnie Dohangmeechit, 25, and attempted murder. Police said the murder and assaults occurred around 10 p.m. Saturday during a fight in the front yard of the house at 2506 Pearblossom Drive after a birthday party was interrupted by uninvited guests. The suspects fled in a red or burgundy Acura. Dohangmeechit died of his injuries shortly after the assault. Two brothers, Mike Andee, 21, and Wilson Andee, 18, both of Santa Rosa, were also injured and were admitted to a hospital. None of the three victims are documented gang members, Santa Rosa police Lt. John Noland said.A fourth victim, Michael Phipps, 20, of Santa Rosa, also suffered an injury that is not considered to be life threatening, Noland said.Santa Rosa police also arrested 21-year-old Jessica Morell for being an accessory after a felony and for two gang-related enhancements. She has pleaded not guilty and posted $60,000 bail. Police also have a no-bail arrest warrant for 20-year-old Roberto Herrera, of Santa Rosa. He is wanted for murder, attempted murder and gang-related enhancements. Scuitto was arrested Wednesday with the assistance of South Lake Tahoe police and the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department, Noland said. Scuitto was booked into the El Dorado County jail on a no-bail warrant for murder, two counts of attempted murder, two gang-related enhancements and a parole violation, Noland said. Chavez was arrested Sunday. Chavez pleaded not guilty, and a preliminary hearing date will be set May 7. He is being held under no bail in the Sonoma County jail.
